We offer Personal Support Services and Support Employment Services designed to help individuals develop essential life skills, build confidence, and achieve greater independence. Our Services
Supported Employment
Supported Employment assists individuals with disabilities in securing meaningful jobs within the community. By using a person-centered approach, we tailor support to each individual’s interests and needs to facilitate success in the workplace. We provide comprehensive ongoing job training and job coaching tailored to the unique goals of every participant. Through our services, we strive to promote greater independence, enhance skill development, and encourage full community inclusion for those we support.
Pre Employment Transitional Services
Pre Employment Transition services prepare students with disabilities for life beyond school. By emphasizing career exploration, work-based learning, education planning, work readiness, and self-advocacy, these services provide students with the skills and experience necessary to thrive in the workforce, continue their education, or achieve their personal career ambitions. Not only do these services enhance employment prospects, but they also foster greater independence and boost self-confidence among students with disabilities.
Personal Supports
Personal support assists individuals with living independently, achieving personal goals, and participating fully in community life. We provide these supports to address the unique needs of individuals, enabling them to carry out daily activities, manage personal care, and maintain social relationships, while promoting autonomy and self-determination.
