Supported Employment

Supported Employment assists individuals with disabilities in securing meaningful jobs within the community.  By using a person-centered approach, we tailor support to each individual’s interests and needs to facilitate success in the workplace.  We provide comprehensive ongoing job training and job coaching tailored to the unique goals of every participant.  Through our services, we strive to promote greater independence, enhance skill development, and encourage full community inclusion for those we support.
